The Miracle Morning is a book by Hal Elrod. “You’ll either love me or hate me or both” Bob Heilig said to my team when he recommended this book for personal growth. That phrase is an indication of what I would have to do. I just wasn’t paying close attention. Can you guess?
The principle Hal Elrod teaches is simple. You should set your alarm and hour earlier than you usually do. Then you devote blocks of 10 minutes to different activities designed to promote personal growth. Do these things and your life, business, and mental well-being will improve….significantly.
